As solving engine of AnyCastingTM, anySOLVER calculates flow and temperature fields which you designated
The simulation of a casting process is composed of fluid analysis, which calculates the melt flow, and heat / solidification analysis, which analyzes the solidification process of the melt. Only when both analyses are accurate is it possible to correctly foretell the possible defect area.
Based on such concept, anySOLVER analyzes three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations and VOF(Volume of Fluid) equations to provide rapid and accurate simulation. In order to simulate all flow phenomena occurring during a casting process, anySOLVER has in its system numerous Viscosity, Turbulence, and Surface Tension Models. It also has the shrinkage and Microstructure Prediction Modules in order to find the defect that occurs during solidification. The program provides ease of use and simplicity for you
